    Objects Carried Through

A ring and a card holder, designed to survive every season that follows this one.

    Studio Note — August 2026 — 3 min

Two objects run underneath both looks: a moss agate signet in brushed silver, and a forest green leather card holder. Neither belongs to a look. They belong to the wardrobe.

The house holds a small standard for objects — they must be finishable by hand, repairable, and they must look better after two years than they did in the first week. Anything that fails one of those three tests does not enter the collection.

This is why the object group is deliberately short. A house is judged by what it refuses to make.
