Woodland, in a Quiet Register
Camouflage handled as trim rather than statement — bound collars, cuffs, and nothing else.
Material — August 2026 — 3 min
Camouflage arrives with a history that is difficult to quiet. Used at full volume it is costume. Used as trim it is punctuation — a way of marking an edge without asking the whole garment to speak.
In Fall 2026 the woodland print is bound to the rib collar and the sleeve cuff of the washed black tee, and nowhere else on the body. The pattern registers at conversational distance and disappears across a room. That gradual reveal is the point.
“Used at full volume, camouflage is costume. Used as trim, it is punctuation.”
The washing is equally deliberate. Each tee is garment washed after construction so the 260gsm cotton loses its factory hand before it reaches anyone. The piece arrives already lived in, which is the only honest way to sell a heavyweight cotton.
